Car sharing (Until June 2006)
While we know that PTUA members are amongst Melbourne’s most dedicated public transport users, we also know only too well that for some trips, PT just doesn’t cut it.
Fortunately there is now an alternative to paying thousands of dollars to buy and run a car for those trips. GoGet car sharing has reached Melbourne, and allows you to avoid those costs by having access to a car only when you need it, with a per-hour rate for use. Bookings are made by phone or via the Web.
